Section Two of the Constitution of Canada's Charter of Rights and Freedoms defines the fundamental rights of all Canadian citizens, corporations and legal visitors. This constitution enlarges the rights and freedoms granted to all people in Canada in the 1960 Canadian Bill of Rights.
The fundamental freedoms granted by the Charter are freedom of conscience, religion, thought, belief, opinion, expression through any communication media, peaceful assembly and association.
Private Health Associations formed NTANA -- and forms all NTANA associations --under these fundamentral freedoms and under the fundamental freedoms granted by the US Constitution. You are protected under your own NTANA private health association in both the USA and Canada.
Professional Members of NTANA will have their own private association and receive all of the benefits of membership.
Professional Members will have their own private association as soon as they complete making their payments and become a Professional Member.

Affiliate Members have th right to purchase their professional and general liability insurance policies at wholesale prices.

Insurance
Your NTANA membership qualifies you for broad coverage professional and general liability insurance for all natural therapies and spiritual healing professions.
As a NTANA Professional or Professional operating your own peaceful assembly association, your clients assume complete responsibility for their own diagnosis, health, nutrition, therapies, training, treatments and wellness. You cannot be held liable for their decisions and do not need to carry professional liability insurance. You always have the option to purchase insurance as an extra protection for yourself, your business and your family.
Your insurance policy includes coverage for false claims made against you for abuse, libel, misconduct, molestation, sexual abuse, slander and other claims. You will be assigned an agent to handle all of your concerns, issues, questions and problems when you sign up for an insurance policy.
The current 2012 premium for Category A is $135.00 per year for $1/$2 Million liability for the following professions:
Spiritual Therapy includes spiritual coach, spiritual health coach and spiritual healing.
Life Work Coaching includes quantum coach or specialist, quantum health coach or specialist, stress management coach or specialist, health coach or specialist of any kind, peak performance coach or specialist and life enhancement coach or specialist.
Nutrition Therapy includes nuritionists, nutrition coaches and nutrition specialists.
Other Therapies include color and light therapy, Reiki and similar techniques, Qi Gong and similar techniques, counseling, psychology and psychotherapy.
The current 2012 premium for Category B is $180.00 per year for $1/$2 Million liability for the following professions:
Aromatherapy - does not include Raindrop Therapy.
Bioenergetics - If you also do biofeedback, check both items.
Biofeedback includes bioresonance, Brain Gym, magnet therapy, neurofeedback (EEG biofeedback) and neurotherapy.
Other Therapies include crystal healing, herbalism, Reiki Instructor, Reiki Master, Qi Gong Instructor, Quantum Touch, sound therapy, Tai Chi Instructor and Yoga Instructor.
The current 2012 premium for Categoty C is $235.00 per year for $1/$2 Million liability for the following professions: addictions and substance abuse counseling, body talk system, homeopathy, hypnotism, massage therapy, polarity therapy, Raindrop Therapy, reflexology and Therapeutic Touch.
