Nonprofit Tax-exempt Association:
Your USA association can be a tax-exempt, nonprofit education association. We will legally set up your association for you and file your annual non-profit return with the IRS at no additional cost. Your association can also be a for-profit, taxable business; and we will assist you in setting up your business in your own state and the IRS.
Your Canadian association can be created as a tax-exempt, nonprofit society or corporation under federal and/or provincial law. You also have the option of running your association as a for-profit business and pay both provincial and federal taxes. We will assist each Canadian Association president through this process of creating your own private nonprofit or for-profit association.
Having a small tax exempt income can be a good thing.
Private Association Under Constitutional Law
Your USA association is set up under the 1st, 4th, 5th, 9th, 10th and 14th Amendments to the US Constitution which gives all members constitutional protection including the freedoms of choice of health care, choice of nutrition, choice of therapies, choice of wellness interventions, due process, education, liberty, non-discrimination, peaceful assembly, privacy, self-determination, speech for members, their family, dependents and pets.
Your Canadian association is set up under Section Two of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms which gives the members constitutional protection including the freedoms of choice of health care, choice of nutrition, choice of therapies, choice of wellness interventions, due process, education, liberty, non-discrimination, peaceful assembly, privacy, self-determination and freedom of speech for all members, their family, dependents and pets.
You are covered under both American and Canadian Constitutions if you have clients in both countries.

Your Clients Assume Responsibility for Themselves
Your association is set up with you to coach, empower. mentor and supervise your clients; demonstrate products and techniques; educate, instruct, teach, train and tutor your clients; and test or examine the knowledge your clients have regarding their own health, nutrition, therapies and wellness.
Clients make their own decisions and hold the association and you harmless for the results they obtain by making their own decisions. You are not required to carry malpractice insurance because your clients make their own decisions -- you don't.
Empowering clients to make their own decisions can be a good thing.
Lifetime Professional Members also have the benefit of never being assessed for additional fees for life. You or your heirs may relinquish your lifetime status at any time and transfer ownership of your association to another person. Your association is an asset with true value.

You have unlimited professional web hosting for your website as a benefit of membership. You have an unlimited number of pages, amount of memory, number of visitors and bandwidth. This package normally sells for $35.00 to $85.00 a month. Smaller packages that limit the number of pages, memory, bandwidth or visitors you can have usually cost $15.00 to $35.00 a month or more.

Outstanding Website Certification:
An independent web certification company will certify you are whom you say you are, do what you say you do, that you are credible and legitimate and your website is authentic. These services usually run around $35.00 or more a month for an average website.
